Thomas Hutton

Thomas joined the team in October 2025 following a quick OE around Europe with his partner Megan. Having grown up on a dairy grazing and sheep & beef block in the Ida Valley, Central Otago Thomas then attended Lincoln University achieving a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Agriculture. After university Thomas moved to Gore where he worked in banking for 5 years before he saw the light and now is working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.​

Despite being an adopted Southlander Thomas and his partner Megan are well immersed in the Gore community with Thomas being an active member of the Pioneer Rugby Club committee, enjoying many sports, getting outdoors and spending time with family and friends, while Megan has established her own speech therapy business in Gore.
